I am located in the New Beginning Health Food Store in Chipley, Florida. The Stained Glass shop which is located in middle room long with a
section is used for praise & prayer circle area. Every Day I see People of all different walks of life looking for a way to get there weight under
control. When I speak with them I can see the tell sign of Stressed Gain Weight.
Extra large stomach protruding out, The Sign of discouragement on there face as they attempt another diet plan that they have either read
about or saw advertised on TV. They are seeking a quick over night fix to problem but in truth it took them time to get into this state and it will
take time to unlearn and relearn good behavior for your body.
And at time is it's seem like your so out of control you need a little help to get it back under control.
Why do Health and Wellness with Stained Glass, there just something about the feeling good about breaking glass when you can not chow down
on a everything that look so tempting.
